Stay fit and get motivated in the Grampians
There is a shared asphalt walking/bike path in Halls Gap that is 8km in length that starts at the intersection of Grampians and Halls Gap – Ararat Roads, then meanders to Lake Bellfield. This asphalt track is also suitable for running strollers.
The Grampians is quickly becoming recognised for its trail running potential.
With a large network of walking tracks of all grades throughout the Grampians, this area is fantastic for all trail runners from beginners to the elite.
Run the Gap
With its inaugural run in 2012, this ever growing event gives a broad range of distances for all.

This event for experienced trail runners is not for the faint-hearted.
With two courses of 20.5km and 37km in distance through rocky and mountainous terrain, this will even test the most elite trail runners.
