About Grampians Pioneer Cottages
With stunning mountain views, kangaroos grazing at your doorstep and a roaring open log fire, the Grampians Pioneer Cottages creates a space to step back from the hectic pace of modern life. Based below the Mount William Range of the Grampians National Park are four handcrafted, rustic, self-contained cottages uniquely built from Australian & New Zealand reclaimed timbers, stone, mudbrick, iron & 100yo bricks.
The cottages offers you 60 acres of beautiful native bushland as your own secluded getaway. A place to unwind and reconnect with life’s simple pleasures, exquisite sunrises, glorious sunsets and some well-earned downtime all set at the foot of the Grampians National Park.
There are four cottages set on 60 acres so it’s a quiet peaceful area, with plenty of space between each cottage to give you total privacy. It’s a safe environment for child to roam freely and we have many native animals residing on the property including kangaroos and emus. Plus free range chickens that are very popular with guests.
There is a parking area by the cottage and walking tracks within the property for you to enjoy.
There is also a large shared BBQ area for guests.
We are 10kms from the centre of Halls Gap.
The Cottages
The Redbrick, Mudbrick and Stone cottages can all sleep up to 8 people, made up of 2 double beds and two bunk beds.
The log cottage can sleep up to 6 people, made up of one double bed and and two bunk beds.
