Olives
First planted in the 1950’s, these now gnarly olive trees produce many award winning oils.
The olive groves produce a range of products including, oils and tapenades from the following varieties of olives grown around the Grampians, Kalamata, Verdale, Benito, Boquettier and Manzanilla.
